General Requirements
Good Conduct
A clean criminal record from your home country (Certificate of Good Conduct).
Property Purchase
Purchase a property and hold it for at least 10 years. Selling earlier requires canceling the visa or upgrading to a higher-value property.
Minimum Stay
Applicants under 50 years old must stay in Malaysia for a cumulative total of at least 90 days annually. However there’s no minimum stay requirements for participants above 50 years old.
Age
Minimum age for applying is 21 years old for SEZ/SFZ categories and 25 years old for all other categories.
Dependents
Spouses, biological or adopted children, stepchildren, parents, parents-in-law, and disabled children of any age. Children can remain as dependents until they are 34 years old, provided they are unmarried and not employed in Malaysia.

- Work & Business Privileges: Fully permitted to participate in local business activities, invest, or seek employment.
- Maid: Allowed to bring in a maid from their home country.
- Participation fee: RM 200,000
Gold
The ideal mid-tier path offering secure, long-term family residency without business-intent requirements.
- Visa Validity: 15 Years (5+5+5, Renewable, Multiple-Entry Visa)
- Fixed Deposit Requirement: USD 500,000
- Compulsory Property Purchase: Minimum property value of RM 1,000,000

Silver

Application Process
We streamline the MM2H application process into five simple steps. From initial document verification to final visa endorsement, Wise Man manages the paperwork and government liaison so you can focus on planning your new chapter in Malaysia.
STEP 1
Consultation & Eligibility Check
We assess your profile, help you select the right MM2H tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or SEZ/SFZ), and compile the initial checklist.
STEP 2
Document Preparation & Submission
Our team assists in gathering and verifying all required documents (Certificate of Good Conduct, proof of funds, etc) before official submission to the MM2H One-Stop Center (OSC).
STEP 3
Conditional Approval Letter (AP)
Once approved by the Ministry, you will receive a Conditional Approval Letter valid for 6 months to complete local requirements.
STEP 4
Arrival & Local Compliance
Upon arrival in Malaysia, we assist you with opening a local bank account, placing the fixed deposit, medical checkups, and purchasing medical insurance.
STEP 5
Visa Endorsement
Final submission of proof of compliance to the ministry to collect your multi-entry MM2H visa pass.
