Our job is to act as a liaison between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords. This means that we will have easy access to all other properties listed by any of our affiliates. We know what to do to get a deal done. For example, if you are looking to purchase/rent a property, one of our negotiator will track down the properties that meet your criteria, get in touch with the owners and make appointments for you to view the properties. If you are hunting the property on your own, you will have to play this telephone tag yourself.


Similarly, if you are looking to sell/let your home by yourself, you will have to solicit calls from interested parties, answer questions and make appointments. Keep in mind that potential buyers/tenants are likely to move on if you tend to be busy or didn't respond quickly enough. Alternatively, you may find yourself making an appointment and rushing home, only to risk the other party not shows up. We however, can take your place and mitigate that risk for you.


We Negotiate On Your Behalf


What if you, as a buyer/tenant, have strong opinion on the property condition? If you are working with an agent, you can express your dissatisfaction about how much it’ll cost to repair/redecorate the property without offending the owner. We can convey your concerns to the owners. We are in a better position to negotiate without agitating the owner.


We can prevent the bad blood between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords that can kill a deal. Keep in mind that the owner can reject a potential offer for any reason, we can help by speaking for you in tough transactions and smoothing things over to keep them from getting too personal. This can put you in a better position to get the property you want. The same is true for the property's owner, who can benefit from an experienced real estate agent who will represent their interests without turning off potential buyers/tenants who want to further negotiate the price. Ultimately, our priority lies in both sides getting the best deal there is.
